Description

A Kalesa is a two-wheeled horse-drawn carriage used in the Philippines. It is commonly vividly painted and decorated. In the Spanish colonial era of the Philippines, Kalesas were a primary mode of public and private transportation. In the modern times though, they largely survive as tourist attractions.

This story tells how Lola Omeng helped the Kutseros earn and own their own Kalesa.
