Parent-To-Parent Mentoring

ParentingIsAJourney

I am my children’s first and best teacher; I want you to be your children’s too.

I have been blessed by the example and guidance of my child psychiatrist older sister in my own parenting journey. Thanks to her, I easily found my footing in my new role as a mother. I learned to care for my children’s total development with confidence, and did not stop at just their physical care.

Parenting is a journey best shared with good company. It is always a great honor, then, to be asked by other parents for advice and mentoring. I hope to be your companion and help you gain confidence in your parenting skills, give you early childhood development tips and ideas to think about, and encourage you to take concrete steps in your goals as your children’s first and best teacher.

Read on about how I can accompany you in your parenting journey.

Parent-to-Parent Mentoring is a process in which the outcome is a parent who is willing to learn so she can be her child’s first and best teacher, and a parent who knows where and what to look for in order to support her child’s development and love of learning. We are not after perfect children nor perfect parents!

I’m looking forward to sharing your journey with you!
